Secondary Market Loans

 

BOM Bank offers the following secondary-market loan options:

  • Conventional – Down payments as low as 3% down for first time homebuyers and 5% for all others.  Monthly mortgage insurance (PMI) required on loans when less than 20% down payment
  • FHA – 3.5% down payment required. FHA loans offer low down-payment requirements and flexible credit and debt to income requirements.
  • Veterans Affairs (VA) – 100 % financing for eligible veterans, reservists, active-duty personnel or eligible family members
  • Rural Development – 100 % financing for properties located outside of the city limits within an eligible area, and the borrowers must be under the income limits. Eligible areas and income limits are established by Rural Development
